Base URL https://data.globalmindsetmarketing.co.uk. Send the key as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY (or ?key=YOUR_KEY). Responses are JSON in MCP tool-result shape: {"content":[{"type":"text","text":"..."}]}. Machine-readable spec: /openapi.json.

GET /v1/company

One company by Companies House number: register details, latest financials, risk signals. Add format=json (also on /v1/search-by-name and /v1/alerts) for typed JSON fields instead of Markdown text.

GET /v1/search

Filter by financials: risk_band, trajectory, size_class, min_total_assets, max_total_assets, min_employees, negative_net_assets, insolvency_proxy, sort_by, sort_order, limit.

GET /v1/alerts

Alerts for watched companies: status changes, overdue accounts, new accounts, new charges, negative net assets, 30%+ drops in net assets or cash.

Companies with newly filed accounts in the last N days (1-365).

3. MCP

Endpoint: https://data.globalmindsetmarketing.co.uk/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless). Authenticate with the Authorization: Bearer header or the ?key= query parameter.

recent_changes	List companies whose iXBRL accounts were published at Companies House in the last N days (by publication date; each row also shows the balance sheet date).
watch_add	Add UK companies (by company number) to your monitoring watchlist.
watch_remove	Remove companies from your monitoring watchlist.
watch_list	Show your monitoring watchlist with each company's current status, accounts due date and latest balance sheet date.
get_alerts	Monitoring alerts for your watchlist: status changes (liquidation, administration, strike-off), overdue accounts, newly registered or published accounts, new charges, negative net assets, and drops of 30%+ in net assets or cash between the last two iXBRL accounts.

4. Limits and plans

Free	50 requests a month, no card, watchlist of 5 companies. Each REST call or MCP tool call counts as one request.
Pro, £39 a month	5,000 requests a month, watchlist of 50 companies with alerts. Upgrade with Stripe checkout → Your Pro key is shown after payment.

Over the limit the API returns 429; a missing or invalid key returns 401. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).

5. Data sources and licence

• Companies House basic company data (register of live and dissolved companies).
• Companies House accounts bulk data: iXBRL accounts filed from 2008 to 2026, parsed into balance sheet and profit and loss figures. Risk bands and trajectories are derived from those figures.

Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (source: Companies House). Figures are what companies filed; they can be late, restated or missing. This is not a credit rating and not financial advice.
